Refund policy

At Gear Grinder Coffee Company, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and tea products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final on Consumable Goods

All coffee, tea, and other consumable products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. This includes opened or unopened packages, as we cannot resell consumable items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery atย Support@geargrindercoffeeco.comย with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gear Grinder Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please ensure shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. If an issue arises, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Non-Consumable Merchandise

Unused, non-consumable merchandise (such as apparel or accessories, if applicable) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before roasting or fulfillment begins. Once an order enters production or ships, it cannot be canceled.
