Thank you for shopping with Gear Grinder Coffee Company! Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All coffee and tea orders are roasted and prepared fresh. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using major carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method but generally range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Gear Grinder Coffee Co. is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes if the selected carrier does not support them.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This policy may change in the future.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Gear Grinder Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Gear Grinder Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
