Grown by smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, it develops deep sweetness and body. Tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar create a rich, satisfying cup. Hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, this coffee offers distinctive character and balance. Best brewed using French press, pour-over, or espresso methods to highlight its depth, sweetness, and full-bodied finish.
